Position Objectives:

  • To design, document, and optimize telco-grade cloud infrastructure in line with ETSI NFV and SDN standards.
  • To lead and coordinate cloud-related design and operational activities across Telecom, BSS, and Core network domains.
  • To ensure infrastructure scalability, reliability, and security through automation, orchestration, and compliance with best practices.
  • To support cloud modernization, migration, and cost-optimization initiatives across business units.


Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as Technical Project Manager for cloud-related design and operational activities across multiple domains (Telecom, BSS, Core Network).
  • Design and document NFV/SDN-based cloud architectures—including NFVi, VIM, and MANO layers—to meet telco-grade standards.
  • Develop logical and physical architectures for VNFs and CNFs, ensuring elasticity, reliability, and scalability.
  • Produce High-Level (HLD) and Low-Level (LLD) design documentation aligned with security, data governance, and architectural frameworks.
  • Support network and storage virtualization (SAN, NAS, SDS) with optimized protocols and clustered configurations.
  • Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and automation practices using modern tools and scripting languages.
  • Collaborate on B2B/B2C cloud solutions, focusing on orchestration and automation (NFV MANO or CNF-based models).
  • Ensure compliance with performance, reliability, and security-by-design principles.
  • Contribute to capacity planning, governance, and cost optimization processes.
  • Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives in alignment with business objectives.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communication Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven project management skills with strong coordination and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in virtualization, networking, storage, and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Experience with programming/scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation.
  • Familiarity with Zero Trust and Security-by-Design architecture principles.
  • Exposure to Linux or network operating systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of Agile, SCRUM, DevOps, and CI/CD methodologies.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, RHCE, or Kubernetes) are an added advantage.

Project Manager (Access Network)

Position Objectives

The Project Manager supports the Program Manager in delivering telecom infrastructure rollout projects, focusing on Wireless/Access Networks. The role ensures quality control, functional project management, team guidance, and oversight of task fulfilment, acting as the primary liaison between the Consultant, Client, Vendors, and Contractors. The position is critical in reviewing civil and electrical issues, enforcing project standards, and achieving timely, high-quality deliverables.


Job Description and Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end telecom infrastructure rollout projects, including Wireless Access Networks, civil, electrical, and electromechanical aspects.
  • Analyze project Scope of Work (SoW) and develop HPIP (High-Performance Improvement Plans) and PIP (Performance Improvement Plans) in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supervise and monitor vendor and contractor performance, ensuring alignment with project objectives, quality standards, and timelines.
  • Conduct functional project management across planning, scheduling, risk management, and performance monitoring, recommending corrective actions or escalation as needed.
  • Manage contracts, change requests, and scope adjustments, ensuring proper documentation, approvals, and compliance with corporate standards.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, proactively implementing measures to minimize impact.
  • Review civil and electrical deliverables to ensure compliance with design, technical standards, and project specifications.
  • Track project progress through detailed reporting, dashboards, and Project KPIs, providing timely updates to Program Heads and stakeholders.
  • Prepare professional presentations for management, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Propose alternative solutions for emerging challenges, advising decision-makers on risk, cost, and schedule implications.
  • Ensure adherence to execution schedules, escalating deviations and recommending recovery actions to maintain project integrity.
  • Define objectives and priorities for project execution teams, ensuring effective resource allocation and cross-functional coordination.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electrical, Civil preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, with at least 5 years in telecom infrastructure project management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Wireless Access Networks, civil and electrical systems, and electromechanical works.
  • Strong proficiency in functional project management steps: planning, scheduling, monitoring, reporting, risk management, and vendor performance evaluation.
  • Proven ability in HPIP/PIP creation, contract/change management, and risk mitigation.
  • Experience in reviewing project scopes, civil/electrical deliverables, and vendor performance improvement.
  • Formal project management certification (PMI, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, reporting tools, and presentation software.
  • Strong team leadership, communication, knowledge transfer, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic (MUST) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to manage kingdom-wide projects, coordinating multiple vendors and contractors effectively.

Project Control Coordinator

Position Objective:

A Project Control Coordinator will be responsible for supporting project finance control, cost estimation, and monitoring, while ensuring quality review and reporting are conducted effectively, the role manages the day-to-day administrative tasks and control processes of the project, enabling project and project managers to be on-time updated, oversee the financial situation of the whole project and track contractors to clear financial gaps on time.


Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the Project Managers to determine Project Requirements.
  • Coordinate with the Finance Department for Budget & Related Finance Regulations. 
  • Coordinator with Design for Scope of Work Budget Forecasting and Related System Creations. 
  • Lead the preparation, monitoring, and control of different contractors’ budgets and financial statements.
  • Track project financials and compare actual as built against planned budgets highlighting gaps to the management.
  • Review contractor/supplier invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with approved BoQs and process them on the company’s systems. 
  • Coordinate with Procurement and Finance teams for timely processing and approvals.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of submitted, approved, and paid invoices and generate periodic reports. 
  • Monitor payment cycles and flag any delays or discrepancies and help in resolving issues impacting the project financials.
  • Assist in managing budget change requests and in preparing future projects estimated costs.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineering, inspection, and other stakeholders for overall projects periodic reports.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in the field of Project Control, Cost Control or Project Coordination. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective coordination abilities with the ability to present in front of an audience.
