Cloud Infrastructure Designer

Position Objectives:

  • To design, document, and optimize telco-grade cloud infrastructure in line with ETSI NFV and SDN standards.
  • To lead and coordinate cloud-related design and operational activities across Telecom, BSS, and Core network domains.
  • To ensure infrastructure scalability, reliability, and security through automation, orchestration, and compliance with best practices.
  • To support cloud modernization, migration, and cost-optimization initiatives across business units.


Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as Technical Project Manager for cloud-related design and operational activities across multiple domains (Telecom, BSS, Core Network).
  • Design and document NFV/SDN-based cloud architectures—including NFVi, VIM, and MANO layers—to meet telco-grade standards.
  • Develop logical and physical architectures for VNFs and CNFs, ensuring elasticity, reliability, and scalability.
  • Produce High-Level (HLD) and Low-Level (LLD) design documentation aligned with security, data governance, and architectural frameworks.
  • Support network and storage virtualization (SAN, NAS, SDS) with optimized protocols and clustered configurations.
  • Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and automation practices using modern tools and scripting languages.
  • Collaborate on B2B/B2C cloud solutions, focusing on orchestration and automation (NFV MANO or CNF-based models).
  • Ensure compliance with performance, reliability, and security-by-design principles.
  • Contribute to capacity planning, governance, and cost optimization processes.
  • Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives in alignment with business objectives.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communication Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven project management skills with strong coordination and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in virtualization, networking, storage, and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Experience with programming/scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation.
  • Familiarity with Zero Trust and Security-by-Design architecture principles.
  • Exposure to Linux or network operating systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of Agile, SCRUM, DevOps, and CI/CD methodologies.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, RHCE, or Kubernetes) are an added advantage.

RPA Developer

Position Objective:

  • Lead the development, enhancement, and integration of automation solutions across business systems.
  • Drive digital transformation by implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for legacy and modern platforms.
  • Ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency through intelligent automation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage automation backlog, and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Promote automation adoption through effective communication and training.
  • Maintain infrastructure, security, and performance of RPA solutions.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy RPA bots to automate repetitive tasks across business functions.
  • Analyze existing processes and identify automation opportunities, especially in legacy systems lacking API support.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into automation workflows.
  • Implement document processing, decision-making logic, and exception handling in automation solutions.
  • Maintain and prioritize a structured automation backlog aligned with business goals.
  • Work in agile sprints to deliver automation enhancements and new bots.
  • Ensure smooth integration of RPA solutions with ERP systems like Odoo and other enterprise platforms.
  • Monitor bot performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of automation services.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to encourage adoption and maximize ROI.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track automation impact and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection regulations.
  • Collaborate with IT teams for infrastructure support, scalability, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Continuously explore emerging technologies to enhance automation capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in RPA development and implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
  • Strong understanding of process analysis, workflow design, and automation lifecycle.
  • Experience integrating RPA with ERP systems like Odoo or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and working with APIs.
  • Familiarity with OCR, machine learning, and intelligent document processing is a plus.
  • Solid grasp of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and system performance monitoring.
  • Experience working in agile environments with sprint planning and backlog management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Certifications in RPA platforms or digital transformation are highly desirable.
